The short sightseeing cruises of about an hour show you the Charles Bridge and the castle from the water; dinner cruises take around three hours and add buffet and live music. Cheap listings rarely include food, so compare the included items rather than the price alone.

Kutná Hora is about an hour by train, Terezín about an hour by bus, Karlovy Vary around two hours, and Český Krumlov roughly three hours each way. A tour makes most sense where public transport is slow, as for Český Krumlov or Saxon Switzerland; Kutná Hora and Karlštejn are easy to do yourself.
